Barbara Hamilton is the founder of AI Doable and a Certified AI Consultant based in Australia. She helps women, particularly those aged 55 and over, build confidence and capability with AI, while also supporting small businesses with practical AI adoption and implementation. Her focus includes AI education, ChatGPT adoption, and making AI useful in everyday life and work.

Barbara brings 15 years’ experience in health workforce and program management, coordinating complex recruitment, training and service delivery across a range of healthcare settings. That background has shaped the way she works today: understand the real need, make sense of the moving parts, simplify what feels complicated, and turn ideas into workable solutions.

Through AI Doable, Barbara creates practical training, resources and AI tools that help people use technology with greater confidence and clarity. Her approach is human-first, combining hands-on experimentation with practical implementation while keeping experience, judgement and decision-making firmly with the person using the technology.

She’s particularly passionate about making AI easier to use and understand, without unnecessary complexity or jargon, helping people discover where it can save time, support clearer thinking and make everyday life and work easier.
